NSB (National Social Movement) on an inspection in 1942 in Haarlem with in the black uniform one of the founders of the NSB named C. van Geelkerken. Behind him the NSB major of Haarlem named S.L.A. Plekker but quickly named ”Slaap Lekker” that in Dutch means Good night, or Sleep well.

Haarlem – Kleverlaan

Dutch restistance fighter Hannie Schaft at the Kleverlaan in Haarlem, The Netherlands. She was arrested at 21 March 1945 and killed 17 april 1945 in the dunes of Bloemendaal. She was known as “The Girl with the red hair”.
